I've finally done it!!  Actually completed a chainmaille bracelet....Turns out I've been using the wrong rings!   So I got some stainless steel ones in the right size and AR (still not 100% sure what that is lol) but then couldn't actually open or close the little bleeders..... Thank to Miz George from the Crafts Forum who kindly sent me some copper rings I managed to complete a byzantine bracelet!! Copper chainmaille bracelet

Am now working on a smaller Sterling Silver version and am totally hooked!!!

Have been so busy on the Crafty-Bitz Valentines Showcase that I haven't made any new jewellery for ages....this will be rectified tho now the showcase is's been a great success with lots of visitors to the sites and even some sales!!

We're already planning the next one, and you can see details of that over at the blog

That's about it for this week.....keep tuned tho for oodles of new things from this Dragonfly coming soon!!

Off to visit Wendy once again for Handmade Monday...

Bye for now

The bracelet is excellent. You should be really proud. I know when I restarted chainmaille I wondered how I had the patience the first time round. But its a great feeling when you complete something isn't it :)
